Meet Ugo
Ugo was adopted by Bestlan a
few months back. He is a male Orangutan from Medan in Northern
Sumatra who is 3 years of age.
Our fuzzy
friend loves leaves, sugar cane and milk.

Due to growth with new product lines, Bestlan required
additional cooling for processing. Kelvin was able to offer
a chiller which would see Tully's cooling capabilities double.
It was delivered and commissioned within two weeks of acceptance.

Processed Dried Fruits were developed to address the
challenges and problems associated with sourcing
"out of season" fruits. They have the advantages of
retaining fruit identity, clean mouth feel, superior
flavour release and have broad process
flexibility with ease of handling & storage with
excellent foreign matter control.
Processed Dried Fruits contain between 15-50% fruit
in the wet form. PD Fruits are available in
soft, medium, firm texture and water activity
between 0.65 - 0.50 . A large range of flavours and

being only available in large quantities - we now
offer smaller aseptically packed quantities of

value added fruit
pastes. These pastes come in named fruit varieties,
